Contribution Rules:

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. I am not a federal contractor.
  5. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

Additional Information:

  • Contributions to the American Unity Party are not tax-deductible per the I.R.S.
  • The American Unity Party does business as the UNITED COLORADO COMMITTEE within that state, reporting to the Secretary of State (where record of all campaign expenditures and contributions can be seen at https://tracer.sos.colorado.gov/PublicSite/Homepage.aspx).  Registered Agent is Eric Bodenstab, UCC Treasurer.
  • All donations include a Stripe processing fee, which is reported as a separate expenditure by the UCC.  The entire amount of the donation is considered by law to be the contribution.
  • The UCC will follow up after a donation is made with a request for more information required by the Colorado Secretary of State, that is your employer and occupation (if not retired).
