Unity Party Expands Beyond United States With Acceptance Of Uniter

Austin, Texas, June 24, 2021 (Thursday) –  The Unity Party of America (https://unityparty.us/) has expanded beyond the United States with the acceptance of a party member from outside the United States of America.

“Needless to say we’re in uncharted waters with the acceptance of a request for membership from an individual outside the United States,” says Unity Party Chairman Bill Hammons.  “However, after a detailed discussion at our last Forward Friday monthly zoom conference, I decided to do the Uniter thing and honor this request.  Obviously current American election law prohibits the contribution of anything of value to an American political party, but the line between contribution and cooperation does not appear to be 100% clear in the age of the Facebook Thumb, and it is highly likely the United National Committee will be seeking another advisory opinion from the Federal Election Commission, this one to draw bright lines between what is allowed and not allowed between like-minded Centrists who happen to be on opposite sides of arbitrary international borders.  The Unity Party breaks all rules, but we obey all laws.”
