Hammons Surprised At His Portrayal in Hearts of Iron 4 Videogame
Broomfield, Colorado, October 19, 2020 (Monday) – Unity Party of America 2020 Presidential Nominee Bill Hammons (https://billisrunning.com) was surprised to learn of his portrayal as Head of State of the Midwest Union in the Red World Mod of the popular Hearts of Iron 4 strategy game, apparently being cast to beat the likes of Bill Owens, Jill Stein and Hillary Clinton and go on to lead (what remains of) the Free World against the ongoing Red Menace (possibly led by a fictional Vladimir Putin) in a fictional world where the Soviet Union won the Cold War.
“While it rings true that someone smart enough to effectively create their own video game would also be smart enough to cast me as the leader of a Centrist government running what becomes of the United States, I still have to say this news is a bit surprising, and it’s not even entirely clear if this is entirely legal,” says Unity Party Presidential Nominee Hammons. “I’ve done some preliminary research on the matter and have reached out to the appropriate experts (a.k.a. my 15-year-old nephew), but in any event, any portrayal which casts me as leading the American fight against Socialist Republics should be obvious to anyone with their thinking cap on. All I can say is, ‘I’m game.’”
