Austin, TX – The United National Committee of the Unity Party of America (www.unityparty.us) is considering legal action against the Andrew Yang 2020 Presidential campaign for its blatant trademark infringement of the time-tested Unity Party of America slogan “Not Right, Not Left, But Forward.”

“I might be slightly dismayed by Presidential Candidate Yang’s sincere flattery of the imitation variety,” says United National Committee Chairman Bill Hammons.  “But before the UNC does anything more than consider, to Mister Yang I say, ‘I would like you to do us a favor though’, and consider running with the Unity Party in 2020.  Yang’s central platform plank of the Freedom Dividend would become an effective reality with a universal rebate of the climate change-fighting carbon content revenue measure that’s been a central plank of the Unity Party’s platform since the party’s inception, and his candidacy would be a nice addition to the Unity Party’s growing lineup of candidates.”
